We were looking for a honest automotive repair for our vehicles. I happened to see NEA online with positive reviews, took a chance and so happy we did! NEA is professional, friendly, extremely helpful and very affordable. They listen to your concerns, give information on repairs with pricing prior and has open communication making the whole process uncomplicated. We definitely recommend NEA and will be using them as our auto repair shop going forward.

I would give 10 stars if I could! These guys are the best in the business, and I won't take our vehicles anywhere else. Always great work at a fair price, and they communicated what was needed from start to finish. They even replaced my air conditioning compressor under the warranty, no questions and no hassle. I highly recommend New England Automotive to anyone and everyone in need of trustworthy auto repairs!

Always happy here. It’s hard to find a garage that makes a young woman feel comfortable and that truly cares about your vehicle beyond the service order. They know my truck by name and I always look forward to bringing it for service. Would recommend to anyone with an older vehicle!

Great service! Booking via text was incredibly easy. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and it was ready by 5:30 PM. Quick, transparent, and no-nonsense. However, I did have to wait two and a half weeks to get in, so I would have really appreciated a quicker appointment. That being said, if you can wait, the service is top quality and highly recommended!
